Terms of Cancellation for Treatments

Cancellations made one day in advance are free of charge. For cancellations made on the same day, 50% of the treatment’s price is charged. Full price is charged for no-show treatments.

General Terms of Cancellation

Terms of cancellation for spa holidays and for holiday and meeting packages:
• Cancellations up to seven days in advance: €50 per person
• No-show reservations incur the full price

Meeting and group holidays have their own terms of cancellation.
