Our sales service staff can help you with all issues related to reservations. The service can be reached by telephone at +358 (0)6 5615 566 on Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm).
The treatments included in spa holidays mentioned in the price list are automatically reserved. Additional treatments and other individual treatments can be booked in advance via the number +358 (6) 5615 800.
The hotel reception is open Mon. - Fri. from 6:30am to 10:30pm, Sat. from 6:30am to 10pm, and Sun. from 7am to 10:00pm.
Internet reservations can be made below.
You can pay for your reservation with a credit card during the reservation or via the Nordea Web banking service.
Terms of Reservation and Cancellation
Any cancellations must be communicated immediately to the Spa Kivitippu sales service, at tel. +358 (0)6 5615 566 or e-mail kivitippu@kivitippu.fi.
